Process Research & Development / Optimization (CDMO Services)

With vast experience in R&D, our aim is to develop the optimal production processes for the industry. This starts with lab work in “gram” scale including evaluating and applying route scouting and optimization in later stages of the development to end up with the most competitive process.

The process design involves evaluating and simulating minimum amounts of the individual stages as well as selecting the most economical raw materials avoiding dependencies like singe supply.

Soros India’s huge capability in chemical synthesis, as well as the fully equipped research lab in Mumbai, offers a wide variety of solutions to meet all special needs up to highly complex multistep synthesis to achieve specific functionalities.

Soros has the expertise and capacities of conducting a broad range of chemical reactions at a commercial scale including Cyanation, Hydrogenation, Bromination, Chlorination, Coupling reactions, Sulfonation, Hydroxylation from kg to multi tons scale. Soros India’s infrastructure allows to handle critical materials like Sodium Cyanide, Hydrazine Hydrate, liquid ammonia, various Alkylating agents, Oleum/Chlorosulphonic Acid, Thionyl chloride, n-Butyl Lithium, LAH, Hydrogen etc.

QUALITY POLICY

We accord the highest emphasis to quality and give as much attention as innovation and value creation. The Quality Assurance department ensures that the manufacturing facilities and procedures are standardized to provide international quality attributes to the products for every batch through a well-documented, validated, and audited systems.

We keep in mind the highest quality concepts in approving the sourcing of raw materials, monitoring production, and clearing finished products with well documented traceability. Equal emphasis is given to quality assurance on the timely delivery, uniform specifications, conditions of supply, packaging, labelling, handling, and storage.
